We are seeking qualified candidates for the role of Retail Administrator for two apartment communities located in Hollywood, CA. The duties include overseeing retail tenant account administration and operations including lease administration, Yardi data base management, accounting and audit services.  Experience with CAM reconcilations and reading commercial leases.

You must have a valid California driver’s license and proof of auto insurance and have an acceptable driving record.  Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as have strong problem solving and analysis skills.
