We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Senior Financial Analyst for a major developer of luxury multifamily housing based in the Boca Raton area of South Florida. The position will support the development team in underwriting Class A apartment communities from the ground up.

Please have a Bachelor’s Degree (MBA desirable) and at least 2 years experience in real estate or finance or 3-4 years in an equivalent area. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced), Word, Outlook and Timberline.  Be able to accurately perform intermediate to advanced mathematical functions.
