We are seeking qualified Maintenance Directors for a 176-unit, B class apartment community in Columbus, OH.  Please be HVAC/EPA certified with the ability to change out condensers and A/C units.  Ideal candidates will have previous multifamily experience and the ability to supervise maintenance techs.  Base salary is $50,000 with excellent benefits and quarterly bonus potential.
