We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in the south suburbs of Chicago.  This is 700-unit building so please bring your previous multifamily experience to the role.  HVAC/EPA certification is required and the ability to trouble-shoot condensers and A/C units.  Salary commensurate with experience and client provides excellent benefit package.
