We are working with a commercial real estate client based in Irvine, CA to assist them in hiring an experienced Human Resources Information Systems Analyst. The position will work within the HRIS system to troubleshoot problems, identify, develop and recommend changes or additions of policies and procedures for HRIS modules and applications. The position will provide technical support including compiling data and information, evaluating findings, formulating solutions and presenting final recommendations and implementing actions, as well as other responsibilities. The position is currently on a hybrid work schedule. Please be very proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Ultimate software a plus.
