Our client is a well established real estate property management firm looking for an experienced Assistant Property Manager for their apartment community.  You will be assisting the Property Manager in the day-to-day responsibilities for the property, which is located in Ladera Ranch, CA and has 220 units.  Base salary is $22.00 hourly with excellent benefits.
