We are looking to hire a Director of Operations for a high-tech start up realty company.  The position will be the first hire and will include a base salary plus commission.  Responsibilities for the position are to recruit, hire, train and motivate realtors for the group and to run all operations for the business.  This is an entrepreneurial role with unlimited potential.  Requirements include a Florida Realtor or Broker License and at least 2 years of full time experience as a residential or commercial realtor in the South Florida market.
